Proof of Income
- W2, paystubs (2 consecutive years)
- Or the last 3 months of recent pay stubs
-Self-employed; You can do bank statements (every page for the last 3 months) or last two years of taxes
Uber, Lyft, Doordash or any other self employ servicer; provide the bank statements where your pay is deposited
Stand Out
- Front page of bank statement showing first month of rent & deposit (normally equivalent to one month's rent)
- If you have issues with your credit write an explanation letter
-Introduce yourself, your family, or the occupants in a letter directed to the owner
Send with your application
- copy of drivers license (everyone 18 and Older)
- copy of SS# (everyone 18 and Older)
- Pay stubs
- Proof of Income
- Bank statement or taxes if needed
